At Determination Consulting Group, we are committed to empowering neurodivergent individuals to live the life they choose on their own terms.
We believe that true support goes beyond traditional services. It requires creativity, compassion, and a deep understanding of each individual’s unique strengths, goals, and potential.
Our team is made up of professionals who combine expertise with genuine human connection, ensuring every individual and family feels supported, heard, and empowered.
Our work is led by Javier Jiménez, who brings over 30 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His leadership reflects a lifelong dedication to advocacy, inclusion, and meaningful outcomes.
Javier Jiménez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Lidership from the University of Santa Cruz, and is currently a certified facilitator for California’s Self-Determination Program.
Through this program, we help families design services that truly meet their needs, fostering independence, skill development, and a higher quality of life.
Objectives
- Improve the quality of life of individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families by providing services that support their participation in meaningful and fulfilling activities.
- Increase the number of neurodivergent individuals integrated into skilled trades and competitive employment, while facilitating access to the services and support needed to achieve this.
- Serve as a bridge between the State of California and families of individuals with intellectual disabilities, developing personalized Self-Determination programs and advocating for their approval and funding.
